 Performance Group Minimize

The Teachers' Performance Group meets four times a year in a member's home, in October, February, March, and May. These meetings provide wonderful opportunities for teachers to perform for each other, to have a reason to practice new materials, to try out new works before public performances, and for good fellowship.

 Annual Conferences Minimize

At the beginning of June each year, the Colorado State Music Teachers Association (CSMTA) offers its members a four-day event filled with lectures, master classes, retail displays and sales at discounts, the annual membership meeting, training for new officers, and the SPA event (student commpetitions).

At the end of March, the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) offers all members a 5-day event, also with lectures, master classes, retail displays and sales at discounts, and the annual membership meeting, plus the national performance competitions amongst the regional winners in multiple categories, both soloist and ensemble. Nationally known performers give concerts every evening and often speak the following day about process, expertise, focus, and other pertinent topics.

 FALL COURSE Minimize

DAMTA Fall Course        Jazz It !  Teach It!
